Apollo Fashion International Limited (AFIL) has manufactured leather products since 1994. From two factories in Noida, India, we make leather footwear, jackets and outerwear, bags, belts and small leather goods for fashion brands, retailers, boutique labels and importers in the US, UK, Canada, Europe and India. AFIL is part of Apollo International Group, established in 1972.
For three decades AFIL has combined traditional leather craftsmanship with modern manufacturing to supply global fashion brands. Craft gives a product its character; modern production and quality systems make sure the same character is there in every piece of a large order.
Brands come to us with a sketch, a reference product or a full tech pack. We develop it, sample it, source the leather and trims, manufacture it under their label and deliver it on schedule. We call this "sketch to store", and it covers leather footwear, leather jackets, leather bags and belts and small leather goods.
Our work rests on three things: atelier-level craftsmanship, advanced manufacturing and quality systems that check every stage from material selection to final finish. We work with responsibly sourced, high-quality leathers, from full-grain to eco-conscious alternatives.
Separating footwear from garments and accessories lets each factory specialise in its own machinery, materials and skills, while buyers who source several categories still work with one company.

India's trade position for leather goods is changing fast. The India-UK trade agreement, in force since July 2026, removes UK duties of up to 16% on qualifying leather and footwear with proof of origin. The India-EU agreement concluded in January 2026 will phase out duties of up to 17% once ratified and implemented, and US duties now follow the 2026 interim framework.
